Passing through

JH: underground still life
nobody is looking up
all eyes glued to screens
ML: lights whirring by out-
-side in a tunnel of stars
JH: only one passenger
with pen and paper pondering
she'll cast stars in words
ML: descriptive imagery
a patterned subway tile
bleeding together
JH: losing ourselves for good
in the tunnels of our lives
ML: passing through doors
while other people pass through
on the other side
By Melissa Lemay from Mom with a Blog and Jan H. Hellberg
This poem Was inspired by the views on the London Underground the local subway (for readers from across the atlantic). Indeed I missed to take the photo, maybe, because I did not want to pull out my mobile as a response to the realisation. Big thanks to Melissa to join into the creative endeavour of a Rengay again for this. Our 3rd one.
In the hope that again more people will be rooting for real connection and put down their screens and talk, even in the underground/subway.
The image was created with Bing Image Creator again.
